The Effects of Work-Life Balance, Person-Organization Fit, and Person-Job Fit on Organizational Identification

چکیده
Bu araştırmada bir ilişkisel tarama metoduna dayalı olarak çalışanların iş-yaşam dengesi, kişi-örgüt uyumu ve kişi-iş algılarının birer öncül değişken örgütsel özdeşleşme düzeyleriyle ilişkisinin istatistiksel tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ölçümlerin gerçekleştirilmesi noktasında nicel araştırma kapsamında online anket uygulamasına kolayda örnekleme tekniğine 391 katılımcıdan birincil veri elde edilmiştir. Veriler SPSS programında analiz Araştırmada dengesi uyumunun ile orta düzeyde doğrusal pozitif ilişkiler içerisinde olduğu bulgusuna erişilmiştir. bulgular, uyum faktörlerinin arada ele alındığı modelde özdeşleşmenin açıklanmasına yönelik yönlü içgörüler sağlaması açısından özgün katkı sunmaktadır. Regresyon analizinin sonuçları bu değişkenlerin özdeşleşmede yaşanan değişimin kısmını açıklayabildiğini göstermiştir. Katılımcıların bazı sosyo-demografik özellikleri anlamlı farklar Çalışmanın ettiği bulgular literatüre uygulamaya dönük katkılar sağlayacağı umulmaktadır.
